Your responsibilities will include:

  • Regularly assessing the production line's status, attending daily manufacturing stand-up meetings, and maintaining consistent communication with the line supervisor.
  • Promptly respond to production variations, participate in weekly WorkCentre meetings for production planning, analyse backorder reports, develop production plans, coordinate activities, and ensure effective communication of production plans.
  • Reprinting outstanding production orders, releasing them to the warehouse for picking, and collaborating with the admin team to create production folders.

 
Essential requirements for this role:

  • Minimum of 12 months+ of experience in similar role.
  • Previous experience with ERP systems, production scheduling tools such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills, adeptness in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving.
  • Safety-conscious, reliable, and dependable.
