The Role
A unique opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join dynamic and innovative team on a Permeant basis, You will be operating the front desk and as the first point of contact for all questions and enquiries you will need to possess excellent communication skills and hold yourself in a professional and friendly manner.
Duties
- Greeting, assisting visitors and clients
- Answering incoming calls and on forwarding calls to the correct staff member or taking detailed messages as required
- Organizing outgoing courier bookings through online suppliers and promptly notifying staff of courier delivery arrivals and distribution of same
- Co-ordinating boardroom and meeting room bookings and refreshments as required
- Assisting functions set up and catering deliveries, including regular internal boardroom meetings
- Reporting front of house maintenance matters and escalating to Executive Office Manager as required
- Managing incoming mail daily
- Maintaining security pass register for employees
- Processing stationery orders
- Taking full ownership and management of front of house, including maintenance and tidying
- Maintaining the office to a high standard
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Be quick at picking up systems and daily duties
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a busy and dynamic team.
- Have experience using many different systems - Microsoft office
- Professional and courteous phone etiquette.
- Experience in Reception or Administration is ideal.
