Reporting to the P&C Manager, we are seeking a P&C Coordinator and Recruitment Coordinator to join the team in our Perth CBD office. These positions will be offered on a full-time permanent basis, with flexible working arrangements available. 

About the role

Complete candidate reference checks Book pre-employment medicals Maintain employee files and update HR and recruitment databases (including SAP, Taleo, Mypass) Prepare and issue HR documentation Respond to HR and Recruitment queries

About You

Demonstrated experience in supporting a Recruitment or HR team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as organise and prioritise competing demands High level of attention to detail Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills Able to manage strict confidentiality
