Mid-Tier National Firm - Open to lawyers with 1 to 4 Years PAE with either regulatory, administrative law or general disputes experience.

NOW TO THE ROLE - 

This is a leading firm with a solid reputation for being the best at what they do. The firm's disputes team engages with some of Australia's most substantial litigation cases, involving both public and government entities. 
The chosen candidate will navigate a robust portfolio of high-profile disputes, providing counsel on the complete spectrum of commercial litigation, encompassing:

  • Advising on administrative law matters and litigation
  • Competition Law & disputes
  • Confidentiality, Information Sharing, Privacy litigation
  • Public sector litigation
  • Providing advice in relation to administrative decisions and statutory interpretation.
  • Reviews in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
  • Regulatory disputes and compliance
  • Right to information and Privilege
  • Merits Review
  • Commissions of Inquiry
  • Human rights

& THE LAWYER THEY NEED - 

We are seeking Lawyers with at least 1 Year PAE in the fields of Commercial Litigation, government or administrative law.

The ideal candidate will have a background in specialist, top, or mid-tier legal settings, demonstrating experience and a drive to excel within a collaborative team environment.

While strong academic achievements are advantageous, they are not necessarily essential, especially if you bring valuable experience from a larger firm.
