We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with at least 2 years of PAE in construction litigation, or general commercial litigation with a keen interest to develop as a specialist lawyer in the projects and infrastructure space.

THE WORK

  • Billion dollar International Arbitrations
  • Major Project Adjudications in the hundred of $ millions
  • Infrastructure litigation 
  • Security of Payment claims including adjudications
  • Arbitrations and expert determinations
  • Contract risk management
  • Supreme Court construction litigation

Clients include national developers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

THE FLEX
