Unique opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead to truly partner with key senior business leaders in developing and delivering talent solutions and strategy whilst mentoring and coaching an existing team of Talent Partners. 

Working with a well-known brand, this role can be based from either the Sydney or Hills District offices with hybrid flexibility encouraged

The Role 

  • Act as a true ambassador for talent by designing and delivering strategic solutions with a view to enhancing talent acquisition programs 
  • Manage immediate talent risks whilst planning for potential emerging issues 
  • Support with process improvement initiatives including enhancing candidate experience and representing business units both internally and externally 
  • Tackle complex challenges surrounding talent acquisition by utilising resources such as SME's and internal systems 
  • Offer guidance and advise of data, market trends and insights to the team and senior business leaders 
  • Support with the design and delivery of innovated talent acquisition strategies and frameworks for business units and partners 
  • Understand the requirements of key stakeholders across the organisation, acting as a true consultant to identify challenges and solutions

You will need:

  • Experience in a senior Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role is essential, with expertise in talent strategy, planning and solutions 
  • Candidates will ideally have experience of working with organisations that are complex in structure, with the ability to respond to internal movements and changes 
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decision making with stakeholders across the business, adding value 
  • Candidates must be able to adapt to change, whilst offering a mentoring and guiding approach to a team of skilled Talent Partners
