With ongoing support provided, we would like to hear from passionate Receptionists We welcome those without previous experience to apply for an engaging full-time position. The role is a Monday - Friday roster, 8:30am - 6:30pm, no weekend work We are conveniently located on Barkers Road, close to public transport and onsite parking

The Heart of the Role:

Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice Some chairside assistance when needed  Handling payments Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

What you'll bring:

Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Previous reception or customer service experience highly regarded but not essential Previous experience at a dental practice is regarded but not essential Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook Strong communication and organisation skills
