This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established consulting practice assisting our diverse customers embarking on complex or major change. As an experienced Enterprise and Business Architect, you will provide expert advisory services, lead project teams and contribute to the direction and success of our Digital & ICT Advisory Practice.

As a trusted advisor to our broad and substantial customer base, you will:

  • Provide advice on Enterprise and Business Architecture and Digital Strategy
  • Lead strategic consulting services, from initial assessments to comprehensive planning and execution of major initiatives.
  • Grow business opportunities through C-level networks and existing partnerships within Business Aspect and Data#3.
  • Lead delivery teams to productivity targets while fostering an environment of growth and excellence.
  • Innovate and contribute to our repository of intellectual property, enhancing our competitive edge and market presence.

About you

  • With outstanding leadership, communication, and influencing skills you will have:
  • Demonstrated substantial enterprise architecture experience
  • Demonstrated substantial business architecture, helping organisations develop value stream maps, business capability models, and business operating models
  • Significant consulting experience in the planning transformation programmes and strategic change management, with extensive corporate or government experience
  • Facilitated workshops and elicited client information
  • Successfully led and participated in multidisciplinary project teams to achieve outcomes within time and cost limitations
  • Delivered consulting projects within commercial budget and time constraints while aligning with group, company and team targets and objectives
  • Integrity and professionalism and the ability to act independently in making decisions to achieve project outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated skills in analytical, written and presentation skills applicable to preparing reports, submissions, and providing briefings
  • A minimum of a baseline security clearance, or the ability to obtain one, is mandatory

While not a mandatory requirement, deeper exposure to one or more of the following will be an advantage:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business information systems or management are highly desirable
  • Experience with developing business cases and cost models
