Description

Unisys is looking for a skilled M365 technical SME to work on one of their local accounts in Melbourne, Australia. In this role, you will work closely with other resolver teams within Unisys, as well as directly with the client.

The successful candidate will work with customers, management, and peers to design, configure, and implement Microsoft Teams, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, and other Microsoft messaging and communications services, specifically Exchange On-Line.

Work for this role includes BAU support of these services, including incident, change, and problem management, as well as project work on service enhancements and user migrations.

Requirements

5 - 10 years experience consulting or working in an enterprise environment 5 - 10 years experience with M365 migration and support of migration tasks 3-5 years experience with M365, SharePoint Administration & MS Teams Extensive experience with designing and implementing MS Teams, including:Teams Voice with Direct Routing and Microsoft Calling PlansMeeting, Live Events, and Messaging PoliciesTeams and M365 Group GovernanceMeeting room planning, including setup and devices Experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts Experience with designing and Implementing OneDrive for Business Experience in designing and implementing SharePoint Online Experience with managing Exchange on-prem and online, including users, mailboxes and migrations. Face-to-face customer engagement skills Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills Microsoft Teams Administrator and / or M365 Administrator Certification highly desired Hands-on exp in developing business process automation using (Nintex, Power platform) Experience with Records Management, specifically Records365 is a bonus

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Necessary skills:

Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Incident management Experience in managing large-scale transition projects Able to adapt to a changing technical environment Ability to coach other members of the team in their area of expertise Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users Customer-facing presentation and consulting skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Strong knowledge of the M365 suite, specifically Teams and Power Apps

Certifications:

ITIL Foundation (optional), Certification in M365, MS Teams, Exchange, and Power platform

Additional requirements:

Must be a Permanent Resident in Australia Australian Citizen with the ability to hold an AGSVA clearance is also a plus. Preferred candidate will be local to Melbourne with a hybrid WFH/Office roster
