We’re looking for a Business Process Analyst who’s passionate about robotics and automation. This is an exciting role for someone who loves to analyse processes, and design and manage solutions from start to end. You will be joining a team who have one of the most advanced Automation shops in Australia. We have a great team culture, and you will be working with some of the best people in the industry.
What you'll do
Engage with process owners, and possess end to end ownership of automation projects (discovery, analysis, testing, training, and implementation) Independently lead the review of business process, architecture, design, and plan for automation solution delivery Identify and extract requirements using a range of business analysis tools; such as interviews, document analysis, workshops and side by side observations Evaluate information and data to determine problems/opportunities/solutions Contribute to estimation of development, and drive and manage performance of code development to ensure target timeframes are achieved Assess risk on any new and changed systems/processes and recommend controls where required Build and present recommendations, findings, and options to Senior ManagementWhat you'll bring
Significant experience in facilitating and leading process discovery and modelling activities to quickly assess improvement or automation opportunity Experience in owning and managing multiple initiatives end to end Background in delivery of automation or technology enabled business solutions Exposure to Robotic Process Automation and/or Generative AI Experience working with technology departments, including offshore developers Business Analysis qualifications (desirable)What we can offer you
