Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, your role will see you responsible for supporting the recruitment team on all recruitment administration related matters; such as (but not limited to):
Opening and closing positions; Posting Job Advertisements; Screening candidates and booking in interviews; Completing background checks; Onboarding of new hires; Providing HRIS system support; Maintaining recruitment related information on our Intranet; Supporting events management and co-ordination for careers fair and law graduate networking events; Generating regular and ad hoc reports as requested; and Supporting the broader HR team with ad hoc human resources administration tasks as required.About you
We believe that someone early in their recruitment or administration career, who is looking for practical on-the-job training and development, would be best suited to this position. If you are at a different stage of your career and this role profile interests you, we want to hear from you too.
To be successful in this role we feel that you should have most of the following skills/ attributes:
HR or relevant tertiary qualifications. Administration experience. Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent ability to work under pressure. Sensitivity to confidentiality issues. Honesty, discretion, and integrity. Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills. High attention to detail and critical thinking skills.We are a friendly, personable, and collaborative team who work together and encourage learning from each other.
