The opportunity

The product team at Netwealth is responsible for the delivery of market leading product functionality to advisers and their clients.  We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Platform Product and Enablement team, responsible for our flagship products and platform functionality.

Working with the broader Product team, you will manage and undertake tactical and strategic projects for the ongoing development and maintenance of existing financial products, new features and functionality that continuously add to the Netwealth platform to ensure a competitive advantage.  

You will:

  • Work closely with senior management to implement the product strategy, roadmap and vision for our wealth management products and services
  • Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and analyse trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Co-ordinate the implementation of new financial products, features and services.  This will include working across functional areas and with external suppliers to ensure successful implementation
  • Maintain existing products and services including the production of product disclosure documents and target market determinations
  • Set the roadmap for near term initiatives and contribute to roadmap development for product set more broadly

About you:

You are passionate about delivering high-quality platform products that creates value for your customers.  You are well-known for your strong stakeholder management and the ability to distil complex information and cut through the noise.  With a strong sense of ownership, you take accountability and deliver.

Technically you bring to the role.

  • A tertiary qualification in financial services (commerce, financial markets or financial advice)
  • Financial services experience in product management
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of financial products and financial services regulation
  • Experience in project management and co-ordination of cross functional projects
