The role

We are seeking a number casual AFL coaches with the ability to inspire and elevate our players. Bring your tactical brilliance and an unwavering commitment to player development to our 2025 season. If you have a proven track record of success coaching or playing AFL we would like to hear from you. 
 
Coaching our Senior and Junior teams you will be required on Mondays and Thursdays 3-5pm and Saturday match times are between 12 and 5pm and our Intermediate teams train on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 3-5pm and Saturday match times are between 12 and 5pm. Please ensure you are available to coach during these times when you apply.

  • Previous experience coaching and or playing AFL
  • Strong knowledge of AFL game strategy, tactics, and player development
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to motivate and inspire students of varying levels
  • A passion for the game and the future growth of AFL
  • Willingness to support the ethos and values of the College
