Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Office Administrator to work within WT Australia. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Perth office. This role will perform various comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team and assist in various tasks to optimise the productivity of the office environment.
This role is responsible for:
Manage and produce high-quality documents including proposals, reports and email correspondence with clients and prospective clients Act as the first point of contact for clients and staff Ensure documents, invoices and reports are accurate and timely Organise events and meetings Manage and coordinate Director’s calendars Provide professional assistance in the drafting of documents and provision of information to clients Set up projects/clients/contacts/fees/resources Manage and distribute monthly invoices to clients on time Reception services Procurement of kitchen and office supplies, printed material, and computer consumables Coordination of service and repairs to office Equipment and Furniture Coordination of repairs to office Facilities and Building Ensure WT standards and templates are correctly used and updated
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong administrative skills and attention to detail Proactive and positive outlook Intermediate to advanced skills MS Office Suite Experience in Financial Force and/or Sales Force
