So, who can be an Estimator at SMART?

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the Automotive repair industry, across Repairs, Refinishing, Assembly, or Dismantling is essential.
  • We don’t expect you to know absolutely everything about all makes and models of cars, but you should have good literacy skills to be able to follow documented methods.
  • You’ll also have good computer skills with the ability to professionally construct and respond to emails when dealing with customers and suppliers.
  • A proven ability to work within timeframes, while working with, and motivating your team to produce quality outcomes.
  • Our roles are full-time and permanent, so you must have full Australian working rights.
  • Experience with Audanet, Parts Check, I-Body essential.
  • Most importantly, you must be prepared to make safety your number one priority for yourself, your colleagues and your customers.
