To thrive in this position, you need to have the following requirements met:

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact within our diverse environment Exhibit physical prowess to engage in manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and kneeling Familiarity or experience with strip & seals, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning would be advantageous Previous experience in supervising or leading small to medium-sized teams is highly desirable Possess a National Police Clearance and an Employee Working with Children Card
