To thrive in this position, you need to have the following requirements met:

  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact within our diverse environment
  • Exhibit physical prowess to engage in manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and kneeling
  • Familiarity or experience with strip & seals, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in supervising or leading small to medium-sized teams is highly desirable
  • Possess a National Police Clearance and an Employee Working with Children Card 

Location: Parkville, VIC  
Pay rate: from $ 34.03 per hour plus 11% Super 
Shift Times: Monday to Friday evening from 19:44 to 23:45   
  
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Leading a team of approximately 10 staff members
Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility, including offices, reception, workshops, bathrooms, communal areas, and foyers     
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, staircases, and surfaces
Bio-cleaning might also be required at times
