As such we are seeking an experienced Instructional/Learning Designer with content writing expertise to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will help shape the future of online learning by designing, developing, and implementing engaging instructional materials. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create content that meets diverse learner needs and supports our innovative approach to education.

You will work with a team that has a genuine sense of purpose and is committed to creating innovative education solutions. You will contribute to an innovative strategy that provides scalable learning content, empowering our customers to discover and utilize relevant materials, thereby maximizing their value.

Key Responsibilities in the role;

Instructional/Learning Design

  • Design and develop engaging instructional materials.
  • Implement various instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Utilize instructional design models and principles to enhance learning experiences.

Content Writing

  • Produce high-quality, clear, and concise educational content aligned with learning objectives.
  • Write pedagogically sound content that supports engaging learning experiences.

Interviewing

  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather insights and validate content.

Content Scoping

  • Define the scope and structure of learning materials to ensure comprehensive coverage of topics.

Researching and Sourcing Content

  • Identify and collaborate with experienced and reliable content sources (SMEs).
  • Research and source reliable content to enhance learning experiences.

What you will bring to the role;

  • +5 years of experience in developing training materials in an e-learning capacity.
  • Proficiency in using LMS and authoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of learning principles and practices.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in interviewing and working with SME’s
  • Excellent writing and proofing skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity with the ability to design innovative learning solutions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new learning technologies
  • Experience in producing microlearning online content would be advantageous
