About the Project
 The Midland Station Cale Street Project is being delivered by The Midland Junction Alliance (MJA), comprising of Public Transport Authority of Western Australia, McConnell Dowell, Georgiou Group, BG&E and Arcadis. With McConnell Dowell as the principal contractor, the Midland Station is a design and construct project, which will be built in multiple complex stages to facilitate delivery and include the commissioning and interconnection of existing freight and passenger rail line networks and Final Asset Acceptance (FAA) of the works. 

An opportunity has become available for Senor Project Engineer - Rail Signalling to join our Midland Junction Alliance team and become an integral part of this iconic project.

Tasks include but not limited to:
Coordinate with Managers and Superintendents on Engineering, temporary works, scheduling and status of the project. Provide overall progress reports and other reports related to schedule and cost as required by the Project Manager. Conduct comprehensive reviews of signalling network designs and address any identified anomalies. Provide technical and engineering expertise for investigating and analysing signalling system irregularities. Develop and maintain signalling network standards, maintenance plans, and service schedules. Ensure standards are consistent with Department of Transport Network Technical standards. To be successful:
Tertiary Degree or equivalent in an Engineering (civil/structural/mechanical) related discipline  Signalling experience in project engineering and a working knowledge of project management essential Competent in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines Proven experience in project engineering with project management knowledge and understanding with experience in the construction/heavy engineering sectors Self-confident and able to persuade, convince or impress others in order to gain their commitment and cooperation to a course of action Sound working knowledge of HS&E requirements About Us
