About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer - Signalling to join our Midland Junction Alliance team and contribute to the delivery of the iconic Midland Station Cale Street Project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Managers and Superintendents on Engineering, temporary works, scheduling and status of the project.
  • Provide overall progress reports and other reports related to schedule and cost as required by the Project Manager.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of signalling network designs and address any identified anomalies.
  • Provide technical and engineering expertise for investigating and analysing signalling system irregularities.
  • Develop and maintain signalling network standards, maintenance plans, and service schedules.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent in an Engineering (civil/structural/mechanical) related discipline.
  • Signalling experience in project engineering and a working knowledge of project management essential.
  • Competent in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines.
  • Proven experience in project engineering with project management knowledge and understanding with experience in the construction/heavy engineering sectors.
  • Self-confident and able to persuade, convince or impress others in order to gain their commitment and cooperation to a course of action.
  • Sound working knowledge of HS&E requirements.
