The Opportunity 

Gentrack APAC are currently hiring a Senior Software Engineer to be part of the delivery engineering team.

You are an experienced Software Engineer with a passion to learn about CRM and Billing Systems experience. You will be expected to take a strong role in developing quality products and dealing with service requests from customers by actively contributing and collaborating with team members and other developers. Facilitating and providing high quality innovative solutions is essential to this role.

The Specifics 

Be involved with customers, such as with requirements gathering and software deployment Ability to take on multiple tasks within your group and to proactively acquire the product and technical knowledge necessary to deliver your contributions Active participation in all aspects of agile software development The successful delivery of software from your team to customers Collaborate with customers during workshops and design sessions Open to receiving feedback on the quality and quantity of your technical outputs from your team, technical reviewers, leads and managers Successfully implementing improvements to practice and process
Work on our bespoke programming language and modern cloud technologies

Experience / Knowledge

5+ years' commercial software development experience Designing solutions in an agile SDLC environment 3+ years' working knowledge of CRM and Billing Systems is highly desired
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Quick at learning new technologies and systems Experience working in a team especially a self-managing team
