Join our dynamic team as we embark on a journey of innovation and collaboration. Are you a seasoned Scrum Master passionate about driving Agile methodologies to success? We're seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to champion our Agile transformation.

What you need to become our newest Scrum Master

  • You are an experienced Iteration Manager or Scrum Master with hands-on experience leading digital/software teams in Agile techniques and methodologies (Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe).
  • You lead by example, bringing your team and wider associates along with you on the Agile transformation journey, rather than applying a dogmatic, theoretical approach.
  • You demonstrate the ability to influence leadership and/or senior stakeholders to drive the cultural changes required for successful agile adoption.
  • You are able to influence team members by articulating the reasoning and science behind the methods, including influencing those who are skeptical.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in facilitating ceremonies (e.g. daily meeting / standup, sprint planning / iteration planning, sprint retrospective / inspect and adapt, sprint demo / showcase)
  • Demonstrable experience performing at a high level in an agile development team (e.g. as a Scrum Master, Software Developer, QA, Business Analyst or Product Owner)
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
  • Proficiency in two (2) methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Scrum/XP, SAFe, Nexus, and LeSS, etc.) and the key principles underpinning the method (e.g. Systems Thinking, Servant Leadership, Lean Thinking)
  • Travel is a requirement for this position, involving visits to clients, events, and project sites. Candidates must be willing to travel as needed
