HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated Program Administrator for a casual / temporary opportunity in Canberra CBD.


You will be providing vital administrative support to project activities, facilitating smooth communication and efficient resource management.

  • Assist Program Management Office with administrative tasks, including handling enquiries.
  • Support project activities by booking meetings, taking minutes, and sourcing resources.
  • Distribute project information and reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective working relationships to support projects.
  • Contribute to policy and strategy development for quality project practices.

About You

  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Demonstrated meeting secretariat skills, including minute-taking and tracking actions.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting project activities.
  • Knowledge of Content Manager/TRIM or similar records management systems (advantageous).

  • National Police check required.
  • Pre-employment medical required.
