What is this role all about?

SIXT has an immediate position for a full-time Yard Hand/Car Washer/Driver. We are seeking someone to join our dynamic team, who is reliable and works well in a team environment.

Specific areas of responsibility of the role:

  • Wash trucks and cars to a company expected premium standard.
  • Maintain a clean workshop and yard while also looking for continuous improvements.
  • Moving passenger vehicles in between stores
  • Driving trucks to various locations, metro area
  • Assisting with School Deliveries
  • Liaise with Fleet Operations Manager on daily tasks.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as directed by the Fleet Operations Manager

Competencies:

  • Physically fit
  • Previous yard hand/labouring experience desired.
  • Current motor vehicle license.
  • HR license (huge advantage)
