About the team

What you will be doing

You will assist with day to day running of the Salesforce Org sitting across development, configuration, and project management.

  • Scope, implement, and support system development for the Salesforce instance and ancillary tools.
  • Maintaining such FIS Salesforce applications & processes such as Partner Portal (Experience cloud), Merchant Onboarding.
  • BAU Admin of the Salesforce systems assisting with Business Cases, Training, and support items.
  • Analyzing highly complex Salesforce project requirements to determine impact and/or change to system architecture.
  • Contributes to Salesforce technical designs and handover documents, as required.
  • Work collaboratively with Salesforce Admin and Architect to ensure that all requirements are documented for system changes (Projects and Features)
  • Implement, improve and guide on Salesforce Security best practices.
  • Work with Salesforce Systems analysts to address application performance issues.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of not only FIS Salesforce system architecture and implementations, but also Salesforce system architecture standards and best practices.
  • Develop, document and execute technical test plans and protocols to ensure Salesforce architectural changes are working properly.
  • Install changes or enhancements made to Salesforce system architecture.
  • Ensure migrated changes are properly implemented and available.
  • Proactively report Roadmap, Bug and BAU Progress to Senior Manager.
  • Proactively determine and resolves potential issues.
  • Handles multiple, highly complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Other related duties as needed.

What you bring:

  • An IT related degree and/or 2 years Salesforce experience
    • With at least 1 year Administration/Development
    • 1 Year Business Analysis
  • Financial Force
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Sales & Service Cloud
  • Changesets & Deployments
  • Confluence and JIRA
  • Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, Flow.
  • Quality Assurance experience via test plans, report cards and similar.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce system customisation and use of recognised best practices
  • Working knowledge of business process in a Salesforce system
  • Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to utilise judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks
  • Communicate ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • Ability to understand and apply technical concepts
  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Flexibility, versatility, dependability
