Overall purpose and objectives

Responsible for developing long-term relationships with strategic customers. Leveraging relationship to drive customer adoption leading to footprint expansion among the Emarsys solution. Liaises between customers, client success and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful commercial delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Main tasks and Duties

Management of the full account management life cycle for growth opportunities Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage new and repeat business opportunities Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your strategic customer engagements Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Working closely with CSMs to drive analysis of adoption based on KPIs and market opportunity Identify and grow opportunities / customers within territory

Further tasks

Supporting junior members of the team to make sure tasks are completed on time and to client’s full satisfaction Reporting to their supervisor, providing regular input on all account activity

General requirements

University degree in business administration (ideally with specialization in CRM) 3 years’ experience in Account Management and online marketing Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Power Point and Excel) is a must. Sound technical background, with a strong focus on online marketing and knowledge of HTML is an advantage. Experience within Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications for Online Marketing, CRM or Campaign Management is a plus Ability to multi-task and work independently The ideal candidate will have exceptional presentation, written and verbal abilities.

Work environment

Will work primarily in a flexible remote and office environment and will be expected to travel as needed.
