Wood APAC Minerals & Metals team is currently delivering critical metals projects, including Copper, Nickel, Lithium, Vanadium, Rare Earths, and Base Metals. This portfolio of projects ranging from studies through to EPCM packages working on developments in Australia and internationally. 


About You 

As a structural designer, you will have built your career within the resources sector, with experience in the design of mineral processing facilities, ideally from concept through to detailed engineering. 

Your passion and exposure to large scale projects will have seen you work in a multi-disciplinary environment, building relations with wide range of stakeholders. 

In addition you have:

Relative Qualification in structural/ civil design within the resource sector,  Well-developed computer skills with a good knowledge of at least one CAD system (preferably MicroStation or AutoCAD) as well as a working knowledge of relational databases and spreadsheets  Good understanding of mineral resource technology as well as civil/structural technology  Possess teamwork skills as well as an understanding of other discipline requirements and expectations  Proficient checking skills with ability to work unsupervised, focus on task completion, initiative Well-developed computer skills and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and engineering programs.  Understanding of Australian and common International standards and regulatory authority requirements in the relevant processing sector
