What you will do
As part of the Victorian sales team, reporting to the Dealer Director, you will focus on potential opportunities with new vehicles as a base but will also have an overall responsibility for customers in your portfolio. You will be responsible for:
- Promoting, negotiating and selling total transport solutions, product and services
- Developing and implementing sales plan for the portfolio
- Maintaining regular contact with customers and identifying sales opportunities
- Continuously developing relationships with existing and new customers
- Identifying new prospects and developing an in-depth understanding of customer businesses
- Manage your portfolio through the in-house CRM system
Who you are
To be successful as a New Vehicle Account Manager, within Scania Australia, you will have proven successful account management experience, with a hunger and passion to set & achieve sales KPI’s.
You have a key focus on building relationships and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Ideally, you will have prior experience selling trucks or related heavy-duty equipment and sound knowledge of the truck/bus industry.
