What you’ll do

We are seeking Laboratory Technician for our Power Plant located in Liverpool, NSW. You Will be working as part of the R&D Laboratory, where you will conduct destructive and non-destructive tests on cables. You will report to the Lab Manager, and your duties will include:

  • Testing new materials to Australian Standards
  • Product release and batch testing
  • Tabulation and collation of results
  • Calibration of instruments
  • Writing and reviewing internal test procedures

We're looking for a driven individual who possess some if not all of the following;

  • Strong safety awareness and understanding of policies and procedures
  • Previous product testing experience (QA or QC)
  • Good communication and literacy skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to make sound quality decisions
  • Basic Mathematics
  • Basic PC skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
