The Opportunity:

  • Providing chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists, including instrument handling, X-ray assistance, and ensuring patient comfort.

  • Managing patient records.
  • Welcoming and registering patients, scheduling appointments, and handling phone inquiries.
  • Coordinating patient flow in the reception area.
  • Assisting with billing and processing insurance claims.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and addressing patient questions and concerns.
