Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Data Migration Business Analyst for the Big 4 Banking team.
  • Should be conversant with the end-to-end data migration process, strategy definition, day 0, and day 1 data load drop, testing, and cutover process.
  • Should know SQL and Excel.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects
  • Previous experience in understanding and developing operating models.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business processes and systems, uncovering areas for improvement and recommending appropriate action.
  • Lead reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders; document and effectively communicate the results of your efforts.
  • Formulate system requirements, plans, and documentation.
