Key Tasks and Duties:
• Customer/s order processing using organisational software system.
• Manage Customer inventory by receipting inbounds and processing outbound.
• Monitor customer databases and resolve performance issues i.e. incorrect locations,
incorrect carton counts etc.
• Ensure compliance to are adhered to.
• Handling telephone calls and messages (Customer Service).
• Internal Pallet Control.
• Auditing Driver Manifests.
• Dealing with routine correspondence using own initiative.
• Performing related tasks.
• Always maintain a high degree of integrity and in all circumstances.
• Assist in Improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the
organisations mission statement.
• Perform all duties in a professional manner which promotes the image, growth, profitability,
and success of the company.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with All matters relating to the business, rates,
customers, and other Intellectual property.
