Key Tasks and Duties:
• Customer/s order processing using organisational software system.
• Manage Customer inventory by receipting inbounds and processing outbound.
• Monitor customer databases and resolve performance issues i.e. incorrect locations,
incorrect carton counts etc.
• Ensure compliance to are adhered to.
• Handling telephone calls and messages (Customer Service).
