We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our site HR, Operations, Learning and Safety teams to promote engagement and ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Main Responsibilities

• Temporary workforce management and on-site support representation

• Performance management and development

• Rostering, administration, and reporting

Requirements

• Relevant industry experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting

• Strong recruitment or HR background and the right competencies

Working Conditions

• Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week, in line with our roster

• Day shifts available across a 40-hour work week on a structured schedule
