Job description:

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a prestigious building and construction company specialising in commercial refurbishments and interior fit-outs. With a legacy of excellence and multiple awards, this well-established, Perth-based company is known for its innovative solutions and commitment to quality on every project.

  • Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and trades to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing planning, scheduling, and oversight of onsite projects.
  • Handling contract preparations, examinations, negotiations, and revisions.
  • Ensuring adherence to Occupational Health and Safety standards.
  • Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors for optimal performance.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of invoices and maintaining project documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • A trade qualification is considered advantageous.
  • Capability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong negotiating, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
