Reporting to the Western Australia Operations Manager, the Kiosk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities of a team of Field Site Attendant's to ensure that TOMRA assets in the field are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and functionality at all times.

You will be responsible for maintaining a strong, customer focussed relationships with our partners (shopping centres who host the installations) and support with resolving any operational, safety issues that arise in relation to the RVM Kiosk or Reverse Vending Centre's. As this role is responsible for overseeing contractors and managing land lord relationships throughout a geographic region, this will require extensive travel throughout the Western region of Victoria.

Some of the other duties you will perform as an Kiosk Supervisor:

- Provide ongoing assistance, guidance, and coaching support to Field Site Attendants, and stakeholders
- Complete regular site evaluation reports to be shared with contractors and employees for the purpose of developing strategies for improvements
- Receive and resolve customer complaints
- Liaise with site stakeholders regularly to build a positive relationship, promptly address concerns, and provide activity updates
- Prevent any material loss and curb any potential fraudulent behaviour through detection and reporting

**Qualifications** What makes a great Kiosk Supervisor at TOMRA**:

- Cert IV Frontline Manager or equivalent experience
- Cert IV in Leadership and Management or equivalent experience
- Previous experiencing Supervising & leading teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current drivers license and access to a vehicle
