Our Resources and Industrial business is seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to support our busy Hazelmere transport operations. You will be responsible for ensuring coordination and scheduling of all freight, fleet and operators in our Perth Metro Pick Up and Delivery operations. Key areas:

Oversee scheduling and fleet utilisation to maximise profitabilityCoordinate rosters, load plans and other operational issues on a day-to-day basisMonitor staff KPI's including delivery window targetsData entry into SAP including payroll, billing and data processingBuild and maintain an effective and successful relationship with the customer and all key stakeholdersResponsible for managing site WH&S policies & procedures including injury management and reporting in addition to maintaining safety and training compliance registers and fatigue management

Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environmentA strong understanding of fatigue management, load restraint and mass managementDetailed knowledge of transportation and warehousing and/or receipting functionsStrong work ethic with a passion for industry and commitment to continuous improvementExperience using Excel and SAP will be highly regardedAbility to adapt to changing demands and pressures
