This opportunity is perfect for a proactive and conscientious finance professional looking to work in a high-energy, customer-oriented environment. You'll collaborate closely with property managers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring financial health and fostering business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly analyse Profit & Loss statements and investigate any significant variances.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations,
  • Month-End reporting and variance analysis.
  • Collaboration with property managers on month-end results, providing insights and suggestions for financial improvements.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
  • Review payroll
  • Inter-state travel to other properties and working with senior leadership.
  • Lead a team of 6 people across the different properties.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/CPA
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background preferably within the hospitality sector managing a team
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Comfortable working in a energised, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in collaborating with non-finance stakeholders, such as hotel managers and department heads.
