About the Role:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our International Family Care & Professional (IFP) business unit is a critical leadership position that requires a seasoned financial executive with a strong track record of driving business growth and transformation. As the CFO, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and direction to the IFP business, ensuring that we achieve our financial objectives and maintain a strong financial position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the business, including financial modeling and analysis
  • Manage the financial planning and analysis team, including hiring, training, and developing team members
  • Collaborate with other business leaders to drive business growth and transformation

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and transformation
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Master's degree in finance or a related field
