Senior Advisor

The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Advisor, Contracts and Procurement to join our team based in Murarrie QLD 4172. As the Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for the Contracts and Procurement function for the Queensland Water business focusing on the Western Corridor Recycled Water Scheme (WCRWS) region.

What you'll be responsible for

Management and delivery of procurement activities for the Western Corridor, ensuring compliance with Veolia's Procurement Policy and Procedures. Managing the complete tender process, from initial request through to final contract execution, including negotiation and facilitation of terms and conditions agreements. Administering and maintaining the contracts database, ensuring accurate document management. Coordinate with key stakeholders on procurement, contractual matters, and project information, maintaining effective communication channels.

What you'll need to be successful

Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Commerce or Law Proven experience in tendering and contract management (essential) Background in or experience working with operational groups preferred Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities Demonstrated intermediate to advanced computer skills Valid driver's licence
