About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor to join our team in Murarrie QLD 4172. As the Senior Advisor, Contracts and Procurement, you will be responsible for the Contracts and Procurement function for the Queensland Water business, focusing on the Western Corridor Recycled Water Scheme (WCRWS) region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver procurement activities for the Western Corridor, ensuring compliance with Veolia's Procurement Policy and Procedures.
  • Coordinate the tender process, from initial request through to final contract execution, including negotiation and facilitation of terms and conditions agreements.
  • Administer and maintain the contracts database, ensuring accurate document management.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on procurement, contractual matters, and project information, maintaining effective communication channels.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or Law.
  • Proven experience in tendering and contract management.
  • Background in or experience working with operational groups preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Valid driver's licence.
