About the Role: We are seeking a team of dedicated and skilled Customer Advisor – Claims to join our client in Brisbane CBD. Our client prides itself on its people-first methodology coupled with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering clear information and support to claimants
- Employ strong problemsolving skills to navigate complex cases and deliver optimal outcomes
- Exhibit resilience in handling challenging situations and maintaining a positive attitude
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in a corporate customer service role, that requires problem-solving, and administration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- High level of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a claims advisory is highly regarded
