This role is part of our corporate team, a central hub for Thales Australia. YOUR ROLE

Working at our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office, your role purpose is to:

Drive HR cyclical activities such as objective setting/review, salary review and talent review, across the functions. Coach managers to understand and embrace the critical importance of talent development. Provides counsel on organisational design improvements or other productivity-enhancing measures. Shape managers thinking in planning and preparing for significant organisational change, particularly high-priority cultural and behavioural changes required to achieve strategic objectives. Provide advice and consultancy to Line Managers on people management issues and undertake case management services and investigations in relation to employee complaints where appropriate.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field an advantage or equivalent experience. Business Acumen and comfortable in highly ambiguous environment. Talent and Capability Builder Knowledge of change management principles and practices Experienced across a broad generalist HR remit, with a particular focus on managing business change, leadership development and employee engagement.
