The Opportunity:
Opt Hire is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Associate to be based in Melbourne, VIC.

You will be expected to:

Manage Accounts Receivable end-to-end Generating customer statements and following up payments Manage Accounts Payable end-to-end Review invoices and send for approval Reconcile invoices to supplier statements Raise Weekly and Monthly payment runs Responding to internal and external invoice based inquiries Adhoc finance and administration tasks

Here's what we are looking for...

At least five years previous end to end accounts receivable and payable experience Impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills Positive phone manner and communication skills Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to work in a team and also a self motivator
