Reporting to the company Director, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand presence, attract new clients, and engage potential candidates. The role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can oversee various marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, and brand management. This is a fulltime in-office role.

Smith & Co is seeking someone who loves a challenge and has a work-hard, play-hard mentality.
  
Day-to-day duties:  

  • Roll out marketing projects.
  • Create graphic collateral and social media content.
  • Manage websites & social media accounts.
  • Coordinate industries events & conferences.
  • Responsible for Brand presence.
  • Work with the recruitment team to support their marketing needs.

  
What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a Marketing role
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • A high level of communication
  • A proactive and organised attitude  
  • Exceptional relationship building and management skills
  • The ability to manage your workload autonomously
  • Flexibility paired with the ability to multitask
  • A degree in marketing or equivalent is desired but not essential
