The Opportunity

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work within a collaborative team with a variety of expertise, from our generalists to our subject matter experts.

Reporting to Angela Williams, Manager, People Management Support, your key responsibility will be to provide advice and support to line managers regarding a wide variety of people processes together with working in partnership with senior leaders.

You will offer strategic advice and solutions across a variety of areas including:
Performance management Workforce planning Change management Employee & industrial relations You will provide guidance and coaching to line managers; supporting them to manage people processes and enable business improvements.

We are seeking someone with strong senior HR generalist experience, including previous experience coaching and providing strategic advice to line leadership. Experience with change management would be highly advantageous. Strong case management experience and an affinity for employee relations work is essential.

You will be required to have a relevant postgraduate qualification with subsequent relevant work experience or extensive experience in a Senior HR Advisory role in a large and complex organisation.
