As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Test planning and design, including test data and environment requirementsCreating and maintaining test plans and test scripts, ensuring proper test coverage for all functional requirementsPreparing and managing test dataExecuting test scripts, recording and analysing results for variance against expected outcomesLogging and tracking identified defects & monitoring them through resolutionAnalysing defects to identify what is causing themProviding feedback to the development teamPreparing regular test status & test completion reports for progress trackingDevelop testing schedules to optimise the availability of testing resourcesPerform usability testing for system performance, reliability, scalability, and securityProvides internal quality assurance

We look for teammates who have:

5+ years experience working on med/ large IT projects (ideally within financial services) as a QA/Test Engineer (Manual testing focused).Experience using Jira and GitExperience with API testingTesting experience in both back end C# server and UI JavaScript environmentsTesting experience in Mobile apps eg. iOS &/or AndroidAbility to work in a fast-paced Agile/frequent releases environment and adapt to significant amounts of change in work assignmentKnowledge of primary database engines (SQL Server) with a demonstrated ability to write complex queries to be used for data validation & troubleshootingHigh standard of attention to detail and tenacityHighly analytical and a problem solver (problem ownership)Full working rights (Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident)
