THE ROLE
Working as part of a close-knit and collaborative team in a business with a strong reputation, your role will involve diverse digital events support and administrative tasks, such as handling enrolments and setting up websites.

It will also entail providing technical support for online events, particularly in troubleshooting complex issues related to MS Teams. This includes resolving problems with logins, audio, ensuring correct links, and other technical challenges that may arise.

THE DUTIES

  • Provide technical support for online events, focusing on troubleshooting complex issues with MS Teams 
  • Handle a variety of event support and administrative tasks, such as enrolments, registration, face-to-face assistance, website setup, and phone support
  • Be the first point of contact for the events inbox, providing helpful and warm assistance to customers
  • Navigate and manage various systems efficiently, including Trello, iMIS, SurveyMonkey, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.

You exhibit proactive behaviour, readily taking on tasks with efficiency and superb organisation, managing conflicting deadlines effectively.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced digital events role
  • Strong systems proficiency, specifically in MS Teams
  • Technical troubleshooting skills for issues related to logins, audio, and links
  • Efficiency in handling diverse event support and administrative tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service capabilities
