An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands on and confident candidate to take that next step into a Washroom Production Team Leader position in. It is a very hands on processing role, the main duties of which involve processing textiles through Washroom. If you are a reliable, energetic and physically fit person who likes a challenge, this could be the opportunity for you.

The role of Washroom Production Team Leader is responsible for the day to day leadership of the ironing team of our Production department including:

  • Allocate work to team members to meet the requirements of the production schedule
  • Ensure safety requirements are adhered to
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are being adhered to
  • Monitor product quality and take action as required
  • Liaise with other Team Leaders to ensure daily schedules are met

You will enjoy interacting with other people regularly and pride yourself on representing Alsco with customers and the community. You will also be used to meeting and exceeding performance targets set for your role.

To be successful as a Production Supervisor with Alsco, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Prior experience in an industrial washroom and CBW (Continuous Batch Washer) experience is required.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader leading a small team with 2-3 people is desirable
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of Safety, Continuous Improvement Practices and OHS principles
  • Personal accountability for your activities and successes
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
