About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Sub-Acute and Allied Health team as a Administrative Officer, where you will be responsible for:

  • Provide administrative support and reception services for Children’s Audiology Service
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager and Education Technical Officer of the Children’s Audiology Service
  • Participate in the review and continuous improvement of office systems for Children’s Audiology Service
  • Support and actively participate in a positive culture and safe work environment within the Allied Health Department

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with consumers, staff, external agencies and members of the public, both face-to-face and over the telephone demonstrating a high level of interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to multi-task, set priorities, work to deadlines and perform all duties effectively with a high level of accuracy.
  • Previous experience in a clerical/secretarial/data entry role using Sunrise (Electronic Medical Records)
  • Excellent Word processing and keyboard skills including use of Office programs
  • Knowledge of the operation and basic maintenance of office equipment, including fax and photocopying machines.
