The Office support team is a group of professional individuals with experience in Executive support, office support and reception.  We work in a supportive and collaborative manager with a customer serviced approach.

The Opportunity

In response to sustained growth, we seek a Client Experience Coordinator in our Melbourne office support team. We are looking for a motivated, professional, and enthusiastic candidate to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

CRM

  • Sound understanding of system functions and extracting the best of the CRM; e.g.: campaign journeys, automation, templates, customer data and client segmentation.
  • Analyse and report on the all-customer experience data.
  • Generate insights, identify key and emerging trends in relation to customer experience.
  • Make recommendations on the improvement of processes related to event management and user experiences.
  • Train practice management and professional services staff on CRM best practice.
  • Develop and implement reporting and health checks to effectively monitor customer data touch points, systems and processes.
  • Identify and investigate potential issues to determine root causes, support resolution and reduce risk.
  • Ensure information relevant to CRM is regularly updated on KMnet.
  • Maintain a current database in the CRM and coordinate and support Executive Assistants and Marketing team members maintain accurate client records.

Event Management

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across all service lines to ensure effective, customer centric events and campaigns are delivered successfully.
  • Support cross functional projects to improve customer data, including robust testing of new processes.
  • Support activities that improve customer data accuracy, including stewardship tasks, data fixes and review of customer escalations in relation to privacy and marketing.
  • Assist to organise office based events.
  • Act as a conduit between Marketing, Technology, Office Support and Executive Assistants.

Qualifications and Experience/Skills Required

  • Demonstrated experience in executing direct CRM activity and reporting on CRM campaigns
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a professional services or corporate environment
  • Diploma or Certificate in Event Management (desirable)
  • PC literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience and skills in managing stakeholder relationships
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to work as part of a busy and dynamic team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible in relation to work hours, as well as being able to change priorities and tasks as required
  • Strong time management and project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Desire to take ownership of tasks assigned/designated
  • Client service orientated
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
